Celeb Style File: Cressida Bonas

Leeds alumna Cressida Bonas may be best known for being an ex of Prince Harry’s, but she’s also an actress, dancer, and model in her own right. Moreover – she’s also got one of the most eclectic yet classy styles I’ve come across. Quintessentially British with a unique blend of ‘prim and proper’ and grunge, Cressida is a fashion icon of many.

Here, pictured at a family wedding, Cressida emanates seriously chilled-out summer vibes in a flattering floral dress, chunky heels, and fun sunglasses. Her minimal accessories serve to highlight her totally effortless look.

Strolling through London, Cressida pairs baggy trousers with a knitted crop top – a look replicated by many of us here at Leeds, it’s no surprise Cressida went here. Her look is completed by her classy black bag and sunnies – small details which tie together her ensemble perfectly.

Wrapping up warm, Cressida here shows she’s not afraid to wear colour with this vibrant purple coat. Toning it down with black accessories, her pairing of an elegant coat with edgier, clunky boots perfectly encapsulates Cressida’s style.

Looking casual and Leeds-esque once more, Cressida’s patterned trousers and skimpy strap top reinforce her effortlessly cool vibe. Accessories such as her scarf – innovatively wrapped round her waist – and her red hair tie add points of interest and keep this otherwise simple outfit looking stylish.

Looking snug here, Cressida’s oversized turtle neck paired with black jeans and Nike trainers is a simple but effective look. Her hairband adds an element of ‘schoolgirl’ chic, neatly putting together an otherwise casual outfit.

Pictured here at a formal event, Cressida adds a grungy twist on a sparkly dress with a leather jacket and shoes. The studs on her shoes offset the sparkle of the dress nicely, with her minimal makeup toning down the whole outfit to create a simple yet effective party look.
