On Saturday the 4th of March, Soul Rebels will be returning to Leeds. Over the last four years, DJ Lubi’s event has hosted acts such as José James, London Afrobeat Collective and Omar. This time round, the night will be showcasing Leeds’s rising talent, who have emerged over the last twelve months within the world of jazz, soul, funk and hip-hop. The evening will showcase 12-piece Afrobeat/funk band Mansion of Snakes, 10-piece soul/funk/hip-hop band New Position, as well as the hip-hop inspired group Garde Dog. This impressive line-up will also be joined by the regular SOUL REBEL DJs.

The unmissable Mansion of Snakes have been creating a stir within the Leeds scene. They have recently released their debut EP and will be joined by Nigerian soul-singer Lara Rose on the night. With such a line-up, the night is sure to knock you off your feet!
