One cannot deny the success of Just A Little’s events thus far in their short lifetime. A certified whoopee, crowds always have a swell time, with no expense spared on the adventure and escapism element. This Saturday will be no different, with our familiar Canal Mills set to be transformed into a totally swinging speakeasy. The real razzamatazz comes with the announced line up of The Correspondents and Mr Scruff. The Correspondents are the funkiest duo around – Mr Bruce the front man, and probably one of the fittest men in DJ history as a result of his tendencies to leap and gallivant around the stage, complete with his own personal treadmill. All you night owls will have the absolute privilege to face his fantastic lycra jester’s suit and face up to his inexorable energy – get ready for your weekly/annual cardio. He holds incredible authority and power over any crowd, and will get you grooving in those glad rags.

Next on the bill is the infamous, legendary, Manchester originated, Mr Scruff: his telltale cartoon blobs paving the social media in anticipation for his arrival. Having been DJing for over 2 decades, Scruff has an unparalleled talent and an admirable record collection. Totally passionate about his art, he masterfully entwines his own tunes into his sets, which can usually be accompanied by a juicy brew or a cheeky choccy brownie. Not having returned to Leeds since 2013, his reappearance is long overdue, and we are all in desperate need of a good funk.
