Selective Hearing have yet another massive booking lined up this Friday at Wire with none other than Houston, Texas native Levon Vincent gracing the decks of the smoky underground club. Dubbed as one of the premier techno and house producers and DJs of the last decade, Vincent has been DJing since moving to the East Coast in the 1980s and has since frequented the Berlin techno scene as well as contributing to the long-running Fabric mix series in 2012 alongside a range of other talents such as Ben Klock and Marcel Dettman.

Vincent’s recent long awaited self titled album which was released earlier this year on his own label Novel Sound has been praised by critics, receiving descriptions such as “richly arranged”, “tuneful” and “sentimental” on Resident Advisor.

With Vincent usually playing to packed warehouses and arenas, Friday at Wire will no doubt prove to be an intimate and unforgettable affair. Support comes from Selective hearing residents Reflec, Ste Roberts, Olsen and Kahwe who will be sure to set the scene for what can only be described as a unmissable night for all techno fans across the city.
