This weeks chart of editors picks takes us from L.A. to Norway with hard cut productions from up and coming Melbourne based producer Dizz1 to a brand new release from disco powerhouse Todd Terje.

Tracklist

Dizz1 – ‘We Go Ridin’ [Tru Thoughts]
Om’Mas Keith lends his vocals to this bouncing, hard cut.

Tambien – ‘Overheater’ [Public Possession]
Off-kilter techno with tribal drums and dubbed out reverb on the second Tambien EP.

Machinedrum – ‘Back Seat Ho’ [Ninja Tune]
Sweeping synths and choppy vocals from the soon to be released Fenris District EP.

Detroit Swindle – ‘The Fat Rat’ [Dirt Crew]
Spacy, up-beat house from the Dutch duo, one to watch.

Sango – ‘Baile Somebody’ [HW&W Recordings]
The Seattle producer’s genre is hard to pinpoint, but masterful use of samples blend elements of r’n’b, bass and hip hop to create this fantastic track.

Quantic – ‘Duvidó Feat.Pongo Love’ [Tru Thoughts]
The first single to be revealed from the Worcestershire producers ‘Magnetica’ album.

Todd Terje – ‘Delorean Dynamite’ [Olsen]
Using cow bells and slap bass samples, Terje Oslen draws on elements of funk for this new release, and his signature style of space disco never seems to lose its originality.

Podgy Beats feat. Sticky – ‘MAD’ [Big Dada]
Shaking snare drums and catchy vocals from West London rapper Podgy Beats.
