A murder investigation has been launched after a male body was found on Brudenell Road, near Popina’s, on Sunday morning.

It is believed that the victim died following a fight at a house party at a residence on Ash Grove. Emergency services were called to the scene at around 8.48am. The male was found on the street with serious injuries and later died at Leeds General Infirmary.

LS has been informed by neighbours that the party was still going on at 8.30am in the morning.
