Carrie Bradshaw ended up with Mr Big, The Man Repeller got married last year, and Kate Moss and Sienna Miller have both popped a sprog! Is single really going out of fashion?

Shove the gushy romance and look to Jennifer Lawrence and Cara Delevingne. It-girls in fashion and no longstanding beau, amen. Or, if you’re looking for someone to replace the Carrie-shaped hole in your heart, look no further than Zooey Deschanel. Hitting our screen as Jess on the ‘New Girl’, we are currently lusting over her dorky, kitschy wardrobe full of dress, cardis and mismatch accessories.

She’s just graced the cover of Vogue, won Model of the Year, took centre stage in a Burberry campaign and has Rita Ora on speed-dial, yet Cara Delevingne’s style remains effortless and laid back. Working a sort of non-fashion fashion, most of the time you’ll find the Brit model in a beanie hat, a Burberry Prorsum leather jacket, skinny jeans and high top trainers- teamed with a fresh face, smokey eyes and of course, her signature heavy brows.
