Founded in 2008 by Thai chef Saiphin Moore and her husband Alex, Rosa’s Thai Cafe has become known for its comforting yet bold flavours, which use the best in British produce and traditional ingredients sourced directly from farmers in Thailand.

Originally launched on East London’s famous Brick Lane, Rosa’s Thai Cafe has built a reputation for tangy, punchy dishes. The menu is inspired by Saiphin’s childhood, where she grew up on her family’s mountain farm in Khao Kho in Northern Thailand and where food was always an integral part of family life.

Rosa’s use the best in fresh British produce alongside traditional Thai ingredients including coconut milk, jasmine rice and tamarind paste) the key ingredient in their best-selling Pad Thai (from £7.95) which are sourced directly from farmers in Thailand.

“We can’t think of a better place to open our next Rosa’s Thai Cafe. The Leeds restaurant scene is thriving and it’s such an inspiring place for foodies.
