Aristophanes’ unique style and foreign-language rap is pushing the boundaries of how we think of western electronic and rap music. Best known for her rattling feature on Grimes’ ‘Scream’, a track off her latest release Art Angels, Aristophanes is bringing her own repertoire to Headrow House on 2nd March. Having recently released Grimes-produced ‘Humans Become Machines’, a slightly unsettling yet gripping and driving track, she is on the rise and continues to manipulate genre into her own style. The show is sure to be a spectacle; the perfect gig for fans of Grimes as well as anyone wanting to challenge their senses.
