LUU have teamed up with Download Festival to offer students a free pair of tickets

They will be holding a raffle at tonight’s event, giving students the chance to win tickets to this year’s Download Festival.

Top Gun is the union’s rock music club night, held in Pyramid, on the last Thursday of every month.

The event has been going for nearly eight years, and is described as a ‘a free night of mutual anthem appreciation delivering a high energy shot through the heart.’.

From 7pm students onwards students will be able to get their hands on a raffle ticket to be entered into the draw- with the prize being two weekend tickets to the rock festival in June.

Raffle tickets will be available at the Union bars; Terrace and Old Bar, with the winner announced at 2am at Top Gun. The event and the raffle tickets are free so anyone can enter the draw as long as they head down to Top Gun tonight.
