On Saturday 25th February Hannah Wants is bringing her national PLAY tour to Canal Mills. The night will showcase the brummy legend alongside her talented selection of support DJs, including My Nu Leng and Mak & Pasteman, as they bring their underground feels and raw tunes.
After her increasing success, stemming from her 2014 title of ‘Best Breakthrough DJ’ from Mixmag, Hannah has taken Europe and America by force. Her unique bass-oriented, garage-influenced house has granted her headliner status across sell-out tours. But the successful DJ has not forgotten her solid fan base. Hannah’s bi-monthly mix tapes are available for free download and streaming, a demonstration of her true passion for sharing music with fans.
Hannah’s credentials are spread across the music industry, commonly being recognised for her stint in Radio One’s residency series as well as her production of their Essential Mix. She has also produced hits such as a collaboration with Katy B for the album ‘Honey’, as well as her own tracks ‘Just’ and ‘Hidden Love’.
With Hannah regularly selling out renowned venues across the globe, including Ibiza Rocks, Amnesia and Manchester’s Warehouse Project, this Canal Mills appearance is sure to a memorable one.
