On Tuesday 15th February, electronic pop duo Alpines come to Leeds as part of their European tour. Catherine Pockson and Bob Matthews make up the London based pair just a few months after the release of their second album Another River in October, which retained the mature electronic pop nature of the first.

Their sophisticated sound infuses the slick electronic beats produced by Matthews with the emotive dreamy singing of Pockson and will surely keep the audience gripped. The pair have written music for Sub Focus and collaborated with Maya Jane Coles, and the chance to see them perform in an intimate venue like Headrow House is not one to be missed.
