The revolutionised trainer appeared on the Chanel Couture catwalk back in January 2014 and since then designers and sport brands have been consistently collaborating, such as Missoni and Converse and Givenchy and Nike. This is a prominent street style trend, especially during fashion week where the need to be comfortable is paramount when running between shows. These trainers are a lot more flattering and dare I say it elegant compared to the 90’s revival of high tops in the last couple of years.
