London Fashion Week Street Style

The Gryphon Fashion writer, Beth Arthurs, was invited down to London Fashion Week to check out some of the amazing designers showcasing their designs on catwalks in prestigious venues like Somerset House. Here she captures some of the quirk and individuality of some of the guests, bloggers and members of the industry.

Sees her style as an extension of herself, likes to experiment with bright colours and textures. No real style icons as she likes to be as individual as possible but appreciates Gwen Stefani as an inspiration.

Sporting a popular style seen at LFW with fur draped over one shoulder. Likes to experiment with colour and textures but prefers to layer tones of one colour. Described personal style as chic and sophisticated.

Currently studying at Central St Martins and Chelsea College of Art. Prefer all black clothing and layering styles and textures. Ximon Lee is a key design inspiration and where they gather most of their creative ideas for both their work and style at the moment – Ximon Lee recently won the H&M Design Award and is the first menswear designer to have done so.

Embracing coloured fur patchwork trends incorporating it into their outfit on shoes or panelling detail – I saw a lot of this around over the few days!

Sash Alexsander
Loved Sasha Alexsander’s style – statement bomber jackets are such an effective piece to have in a wardrobe and never really go out of style! Sasha is a creative director in London at Loveless Studio.

Not your everyday street-style look but we love the similarities between this style and that of Marko Mitanovki.
