The Old Bar is giving lucky students even more of a reason to celebrate the end of exams with free tasters and a champagne prize today.

Complimentary snacks will be on offer from 12 noon to celebrate the launch of the bar’s new menu. A free bottle of champagne is also up for grabs at 7pm.

The bar is holding a live music event, followed by a DJ set from the LUU Music Library to attract thirsty punters as January’s revision season draws to a close.

The Gryphon also understands there will be ‘a truckload of amazing drinks deals for good measure’.

The Cambridge vs. Manchester United football match will also be shown.
