For the past four months, IN / ON / UP / DOWN has been at the forefront of electronic music in Leeds.

Relentlessly pushing the boundaries into dark electronica, ambient and drone, IN/ ON / UP / DOWN’s upcoming venture with Destroy All Monsters is no exception.

With previous acts such as Randomer, Tim Hecker and Wife raising the bar, IN / ON / UP / DOWN’s latest line-up  [TOKiMONSTA, Noya Rao x Wonky Logic and TACAT] is testament to the night’s ability to continually provide Leeds with something fresh.

Headliner TOKiMONSTA (Jennifer Lee) is known for her unique take on electronic, hip hop and dance music. Her classical upbringing and eclectic taste in music has allowed her to create vast textural soundscapes—a reverberation that fuses vintage sensibilities with progressive inclinations.

TOKiMONSTA has been ranked as LA’s best female DJ and featured on Resident Advisor’s “Breaking Through” series – a single listen to her remix of Tinashe’s ‘2 On’ says it all.

Joining her on stage are Leeds’ own Noya Rao and Wonky Logic. Noya Rao’s ‘Hue’ displays the versatility of his musical experimentation, an engaging and unpredictable listen.

Wonky Logic (aka Dwayne Kilvington) fuses post-funk sensibility with stripped down electronic soundscapes and intricate harmonies – his unique style is not to be missed.

Last but not least, TACAT (aka Catherine Snell) is the Resident Slut Drop DJ and her mesmerising mix borrows from every conceivable genre to create a musical feast like no other.
