If money weren’t an issue we’d be buying…

if money weren't..

As the weather turns ever colder in Leeds, coats and jackets become the central part of any student’s wardrobe, and it seemed only right that this week’s lust item was suitable for the chillier weather. The ‘Mongolian fur coat’ from Miss Selfridge retails at £300, a high price for what is normally a student go-to store. But this sheepskin coat is stunning in both quality and design, and would look great with any winter outfit, be it jeans and heeled boots or a classic shift dress. The jacket is available in the neutral tones of both mink and black, with a shaggy texture that would add contrast to any classic campus look. Sheepskin coats similar to this design have been seen all over the A/W 14-15 runways such as the likes of Topshop Unique and Versace, and they are clearly a look that is here to stay. However it is the wearability of this coat that really makes it such a lust worthy item and it is a shame that it comes at such a premium.
