Your four favourite people are back (well, mainly Emily) with a selection of weird and wonderful tracks to warm you on these cold autumn nights. This week’s selection features Madeon, Chance The Rapper and CHVRCHES.
1.
Madeon – Imperium
Madeon is back. His first track in over 8 months, ‘Imperium’ would not be out of place in the soundtrack to a futuristic racing game (in fact it’s featured on FIFA 15). And best of all? It’s free.
2.
Party Supplies – The Light In The Addict
A lilting, bluesy track that winds its way through the mind of an addict, Party Supplies have combined forces with Action Bronson to create something extraordinary.

3.
Chance The Rapper & Social Experiment – No Better Blues
Having recently revealed that his new album with The Social Experiment, Surf, will be out by the end of the year, Chance fans have every reason to be excited. However, this latest standalone track is an a cappella stream of consciousness hints the departure from the feelgood vibe of Acid Rap.
4.
CHVRCHES – Get Away
As you may already know, BBC1 have unveiled a new project in which (under the watchful eye of Zane Lowe), a number of different artists reinterpret the soundtrack to Drive. Here’s CHVRCHES’ spellbinding contribution.
5.
MONO – Cyclone
Deeply expressive guitars drive this track which perfectly encapsulates the calm, static swell before the storm. A well-established Japanese instrumental rock band, MONO reassert their ability to send shivers down your spine. Look out for their albums on 28th October, The Last Dawn and Rays of Darkness.
