A Golden Labrador has miraculously survived a 104ft fall from a viaduct in Harrogate. Luckily, the daredevil only suffered from a collapsed lung after she jumped over the wall of the Nidd Viaduct.

A branch of ASDA in Pudsey played Cupid on Valentine’s Day. They handed shoppers green, red or amber badges depending on their relationship status in the hope that their customers will pick up more than a bargain in their store. Secret admirers were able to leave a ‘love note’ if a shopper caught their attention.

The 65mph winds that hit Leeds blew off the roof of a swimming pool in Salendine Nook. 15 children and a swimming instructor inside as the gusts hit.
