On Friday 24th January, hip-hop duo dan le sac Vs Scroobius Pip performed at Stylus, Leeds University Union. Here, LS Head of Photography Leo Garbutt brings you the event in pictures.
The pair’s style is unique, mixing chaotic synths and electronically generated beats – courtesy of Dan le Sac (Daniel Stephens) – with Scroobius Pip’s (David Peter Meads) eloquent spoken word.
After the show, Meads could be found signing autographs and talking to his fans. After a half an hour wait, he stopped to look up for little longer than five seconds – enough time to take this photo:
