Listen in festival-lovers! Y Not 2013 tickets are now on sale and can be bought HERE. The festival will run from Friday 2nd – Sunday 4th August this summer and is set to be equally as successful as last year’s, which saw Y Not announced as the winner of the Best Small Festival category at UK Festival Awards 2012!

This year’s line-up, though not yet officially announced, may be a fun task to work out for the puzzle-savvy, with clues to who will be playing released in the form of a series of YouTube videos (see below).

The first exciting difference that festival planners have announced for the summer is a new form of band-festival goer collaboration, as the public are invited to inform the organisers which of their favourite acts they wish to see at this summer’s event via Facebook.

Festival organiser, Ralph Broadbent said: “This is a completely new way for bands to broadcast their music on a fair and open platform, but please note submitting does unfortunately not guarantee a slot.” The message from Y Not to all the bands out there is to Get uploading!

Earlybird tickets are £75, after that they will cost £79.50. For those wanting an extra day at Y Not festival 2013 (after all, why would we blame you?!), select the Thursday entry tickets for £12 extra per person.
