Allow me to set the scene a little…

During Freshers Week, I brought four girls home (not all at once, unfortunately). Every single girl who came back to sunny Leodis, was introduced to my very impressive Pokemon card collection, and everyone single one then proceeded in a long night of passion.

But how does a self-proclaimed 4 out of 10 get so much action?

I’m not suggesting for one minute that I am the oracle when it comes to women, in fact there is still a lot I need to learn, but I have codified a set of instructions, for the clueless to take note of!

Pokemon leads me on to my first pearl of wisdom. Well not so much Pokemon, but the use of confidence in one’s originality. I mean don’t get me wrong, if you like something a bit risqué or perverse then you might not want to express those ideas on a first date, but something that sets you apart from everyone else can, ensure a second date. You just have to have pride in what you preach.

Men overcomplicate women; this one definitely works both ways. But you must appreciate the fundamental differences between the sexes. For example the huge yet hazy differences between flirty banter and lad banter can stop flirty texting within minutes! If you’d say it to your rugby, football, drinking mates then the likelihood of the female in question finding it as funny as they do are very small, so keep the vagina jokes to yourself!

Confidence is a massive turn on. Most girls will testify that, so if you have the confidence to talk to a girl, but not give the impression that all you want to do is take her home ‘shag her brains out’ (even if that’s is all you want) will be more fruitful than you’d expect. Working hard on your conversation skill is key. Ask everyone their names and attempt to remember it and bring it up later in conversation. Eye contact is a must, but don’t overdo it, you’ll know when it feels uncomfortable. You can also guess pretty quickly if a girl isn’t interested or the conversation is going nowhere. If you sense this, all is not lost, just politely make your excuses and move on to the next girl!

Write in with your questions and I’ll try and answer them!

I’m not a love guru, I’m just a top bloke!
